Scope included 15+ countries, 10,000+ users, Modules implemented: Core HCM, Absence / Time Tracking, Compensation, and Integrations including Payroll, Tenant Management & Release management.

L2 and L3 support for Workday Integrations including EIB, CCB, CCW, Studio, PICOF and PECI, owning Workday updates ensured testing & release are preformed within specific timelines & quality.

Configuration, Design and Support for HCM Modules – Core HCM, Compensation, Recruitment, Absence & Time Tracking, Learning and Benefits.

Business Situation

Integrations support for Demographic Data, Payroll Data and Time Off and Absence. Integration templates used CCW, Studio, PICOF and PECI.

Global Integration build for Mobility, Payroll (Australia and New Zealand), Middleware integrations (Informatica and Mulesoft).

Configuration and Design for Benefit plans, Recruitment enhancements, Business Process Framework design, Security Framework and Time Tracking.

Provided L2 and L3 support for Learning, Time Tracking and Compensation modules.
