A strategic Business Leader with over 20 years’ experience across sales, consultancy and global growth in both large, small and start-up businesses. Proven record heading the competency, sales delivery and commercial operations in leading strategic growth and direction. Excellent communicator and leader, recruiting, leading, and retaining successful teams. Identifies, works with, and builds relationships with key strategic partners.
Damodar has a deep understanding of the HR Consulting and Advisory needs across the industries. Been part of Large Global enterprise HR transformation projects in Workday and SAP ecosystem.
Damodar holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce and Post Graduation in Business Administration. In his free time he enjoys music, travel and making people laugh.
