Raghupati Hegde has over two decades of experience in Corporate finance and Business restructuring. In 2012, after working as CFO for 15 years, Raghu founded , Arithra Consulting Private Limited, a Financial Advisory boutique. His industry experience spans across Infrastructure, Electronic and Technology sectors and has specialized knowledge of restructuring and turning around. He heads the Corporate Finance and Business Finance Verticals, specializing in Valuations, Financial Advisory, Working Capital Management, Restructuring, Compliance Management and Systems and Processes implementation. Raghu holds a Commerce degree from the Karnataka University and is a Chartered Accountant. EZE Cloud has engaged with Arithra to provide VCFO services and Raghu is actively involved with EZE cloud in this assignment.
