Vijitha has been part of the HR industry since 11 years and has a great understanding of Employee Culture. She guides the company’s people practices ensuring that it aligns with our “ People First” culture. She is responsible for the development and driving end-to-end talent strategy and readiness of talent pipelines to support the growth of business.
Previously, Vijitha worked with TCS where she was responsible for driving the talent strategy for a business unit. Her key skills include Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, HR Compliances, Employee relations, Benefits, Diversity and Inclusion.
Vijitha has a bachelor’s in Business Management and Master’s in Human Resource Management. She enjoys music, dancing and is a great cook.
