Integration build of Payroll, Demographic, Learning and Benefits. Merger & Acquisition of more than 1200 Employees across 6 new companies & 10+ countries.
Business Situation
Stabilized all 15+ Benefit integrations by resolving 50+ issues, as a part of Workday Partner recovery project.
Loaded > 3,00,000 PDFs Historical pay slips (Last 5 years) and 10,000 historical Payroll documents for all Employees. Implementation of Learning Management using API based Integrations.
Loaded more than 300 k historical Pay slips and 5K historical Tax documents for Employee’s into Workday using Integrations.
Value Proposition
Saved the yearly maintenance cost of the documents for the customer to ADP around 5000 USD – 10000 USD.
Taking end-to-end ownership of the integration stream and optimisation of integrations by bringing in automation.
