Focus is on delivering innovative, practical, and future-ready Workday solutions that drive measurable business outcomes. Her goal is to build accelerators and tools that drive AI-led innovation within the Workday ecosystem, enhancing speed and intelligence in customer solutions. At EZECloud, she is passionate about nurturing an employee-first culture—believing that team well-being and engagement are central to high performance and long-term success. Akshaya holds a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering. Outside of work, she enjoys practicing yoga, listening to music, and exploring new travel destinations.
