Head - Corporate Functions

Namdev Shenoy heads Corporate Functions at EZE Cloud, overseeing Finance, HR, IT, Administration and New Geography Penetration. He plays a pivotal role in aligning operational efficiency with strategic growth to support the company’s expansion.

With over 20 years in finance, Namdev brings deep expertise in banking operations, financial management, investments, payroll, and contract administration. His leadership emphasizes governance, automation, and cross-functional synergy.

Prior to EZE Cloud, he was Senior Director – Treasury at LTIMindtree, driving transformation in banking operations to enhance efficiency and compliance. Prior to that, he held key roles across leading organizations in the Finance domain , driving innovation and operational agility.

Known for building high-performance teams and championing tech-driven solutions, Namdev is focused on strengthening EZE Cloud’s operational backbone and enabling sustainable growth in emerging markets. Outside of this role, he invests his time reading books, enjoying music, long walks, keeping in touch with his network.
