With over 12 years of experience in the HR industry, Vijitha brings deep expertise in fostering employee-centric cultures. As Head of People and Culture Practice, she plays a key role in shaping our “People First” approach and aligning HR initiatives with business goals.
She previously worked at Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), where she led Talent Acquisition and HR Business Partnering, including heading the HRBP function for a business unit.
Her core strengths include Talent Management, HR Compliance, Employee Relations, and Diversity & Inclusion. Vijitha holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management. Beyond work, she is passionate about music, loves travelling and exploring new places, and is a trained classical dancer.
